Why don't Kpop artists get a lot of tattoos?

I mean their some kpop artists with tattoos, but there is not that many artists that have like proper tattoo chest pieces, tattoo sleeves, or neck pieces. Most kpop artists that have tattoos have them far spread out and seem like they have not thought of a proper place for them. The only people in "kpop" that I know of that has at least one full tattoo sleeve is Jay Park and Teen Top's CAP That's it. Plus if someone has tattoos it make sense if they show more skin. I rather someone who has tattoo shirtless than a person who just has abs.*tattoos can make people even better looking*

*I understand for foreign kpop idols from certain countries where it's illegal, why they don't get tattoos. Also, for people underage that cannot have tattoos.*
