neither tiffany or seohyun can sing like this.... only other person in snsd who can is Taeyeon.. ANd this is true.. Cause whenever in a song SNSD has sung for an album or w/e or a show ...
Songs like the one Jessica sung in the video in the OP have always been sung by Jessica or taeyeon.. cause they where the only 2 who had the vocal ability to pull it off



And even after all this time of her being inactive with singing.. and probably not practicing at all.. her voice still sounds the same .. he singing ability is just the same as well. And it is still better than everyone in SNSD accept for taeyeon.
