J Hope's "1 Verse" vs. The Game & Skrillex's "El Chapo" Plagiarism?

So everyone of the ARMY is getting all hype because J Hope of BTS is coming up with a mixtape and released 1 Verse on soundcloud. I was all hype too like "Yo this sounds like some gangsta matador shit." I was like "Toro toro What?! Olay! Toro toro eyyyy Olay!"on every bar. However, I learned the instrumental is taken from El Chapo by the Game & Skrillex. I love everyone of BTS, they are my sons. But now I'm a little disappointed that J Hope or BigHit didn't make the beat themselves.

Update:

I'm sure it's obvious that I'm not an expert at Hip-Hop but I'm glad that some people here are nicely verifying with me what a mixtape is. I was not accusing J Hope of plagiarizing but simply asking if it could be considered such. (Notice how there's a question mark next to the word.) Like I said they're like my sons. I still like 1 Verse and regardless J Hope has bars just learning that the background was from an existing song was disappointing. Some ARMYs say it's a single not a mixtape. Which also got me into asking about plagiarism. One thing I already knew is that singles are bigger deals than mixtapes. So ofc if it is in fact one that would definitely be a no no. Last thing I need is people being rude to me either way.
